You may see this location labeled Patriarch Yorupa instead of Matriarch Yorupa. Either way, follow the quest marker in Natura Asylum.

Quest-by-quest walkthrough
- [10] Package of Keepsakes: receive the parcel
Accept the quest from Strider Maurisa in Natura Asylum. The parcel contains documents about you and a mysterious flower. The quest places the flower in your quest inventory.
- Bring the parcel to Matriarch Yorupa
Follow the town marker to Matriarch Yorupa. Speak with her while carrying the flower. She connects it to the Startree energy and strange shadows at the Tomb of Horns.
- [10] Two Souls Calling: take the Amoena Flower
Accept Yorupa's follow-up. The quest supplies the Amoena Flower and marks the Tomb of Horns as your destination.
- Make the offering at the Tomb of Horns
Travel to the marked ritual site. Stand inside the altar region and use the Amoena Flower from the quest tracker or quest inventory.
- Follow Star Tail Entrance, then Star Tail
The next objective is Star Tail Entrance. Let the scripted Anima appearance finish, then continue to the final Star Tail marker. The reunion cutscene binds your Anima and completes Two Souls Calling.

Every profession needs an Anima, so this quest opens the way to all of them. Each one is learned from its own quest: Cooking at level 10, Harvesting at 11, Cultivation at 12, Purification at 15, Taming at 20, and Mining at 64.

If the route stalls
Troubleshooting
- Reach level 10 and begin with Strider Maurisa.
- Keep the parcel flower until you speak with Matriarch Yorupa.
- Use the Amoena Flower inside the Tomb of Horns quest circle.
- After the offering, follow both Star Tail objectives in order.
- Wait for the scripted Anima appearance before moving to the final marker.
Ritual order matters
The post-reunion Ritual of Pledge is sequential. Make the Stinky Meat first, use it at the Farseer, defeat Legiaran, then use the Glittering Web at the Farseer.
